I joined SouthCare in January of 2009; embarking on a new chapter in my life with a great group of dedicated and caring people after 10 years of working in the field of Dentistry. 

I am originally from Ft. Worth Texas, traveled with my military family around the world, and settled here in Spokane when my Dad retired.  I earned degrees from Eastern Washington State College, Eastern Washington University and the University of Idaho. 

My husband and I have been together since the early 70’s and have shared our home with many dogs, cats, and birds over the years.  We lived on a small farm for many years and raised cows, goats, and rabbits.  Currently we are being cared for by Betty, a Bulldog/Lab mix, and Barney, a Golden Pyrenees pup (yes he is only a puppy in the picture).  

I love to sing, dance, and play many unusual instruments from around the world, many of which I have featured while performing with several local bands.  In addition to music, I love the outdoors, bonsai, rock collecting, pottery, and sewing.
